Business Service Analyst - Miramar, FL

 

Position Overview:

The responsibilities of this contract position are to conduct research on performance metrics for the southeast region Medicare and Medicare data, collect and analyze this information and compile the data into a clear and concise reports.

 

Prerequisite:

  • Strong computer skills including proven proficiency with Business Objects (BO) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience in relational data base design, ability to extract needed information, and report in a clear, concise manner.

  • Proven analytical ability and basic knowledge of statistics and sampling techniques.

  • Proven ability to work with a variety of systems, sources of data and analytic tools.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Strong commitment to achieving deadlines.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.


Essential Functions:

  • Ability to analyze data to prepare reports and provide information to our client

  • Ability to identify and compare norms, trends and patterns; as well as identify outliers, and anomalies.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, internally and externally

  • Ability to report work activity on a timely basis, under the pressure of tight deadlines.

  • Ability to handle confidential material.

  • Ability to attend meetings, training and conferences.

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to deliver high quality work, accurately and on schedule.
