We are looking for a Medicare/Medicaid fraud investigator to work out of our client's office in Camp Hill, PA. Our corporation is seeking a talented Fraud Investigator capable of preventing, responding to, investigating, resolving, and reporting CMS claims. This individual must be motivated to ensure that daily work is completed accurately and timely and keep their Manager informed concerning developments in areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial, accurate, and timely fraud consultation

• Ability to handle confidential material

• Maintain confidential information in accordance with company procedures and standards

• Accurately analyze and explain information found in other various consumer reports

• Understand the FCRA and FACTA legislation as it applies to ID theft and identity restoration

• Remain current on trends concerning ID theft and common fraud scams

• Participate in QA call review meetings with supervisor to review performance

• Prepare reports, provide information to client, and handle confidential material

• Communicate both internally and externally, attend meetings for training and conferences, and report work actively on a timely basis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics, economics, business, information systems, informatics, statistics, or comparable field involving analysis preferred

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in related field

• Excellent time management techniques

• Strong computer skills including proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Proven analytical ability and basic knowledge of statistics and sampling techniques

• Proven ability to work with a variety of systems, sources of data and analytic tools

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
